In August 2009 ASB, the parent company of Jacques Martin, announced that it was exiting the Jacques Martin business. As a result of this announcement a process has commenced, in close co-ordination with our clients, for the orderly exit of the Jacques Martin business involving the transition of Jacques Martin's services either back to our clients, or to alternative third party providers. Throughout this process, Jacques Martin will continue to focus on delivering to the needs of our clients, our clients' customers, our staff and our shareholder to ensure that any impact from this decision is minimised.
